 HOW TO MAKE A NICE CUP OF TEA ?

 
First, fill the kettle with water; then, boil the water.
Warm the teapot with some of the boiling water and throw it away.
Put the tea in the teapot : one spoonful for each person plus one for the teapot!
Fill the teapot with the boiling water and leave it for 3 minutes.
Pour some cold milk into cups and pour the tea into the cups.
 
 
 

BANANA MILKSHAKE

 
Here are the ingredients you need : one banana, a glass of       milk,one teaspoonful of sugar.  
 
First, peel the banana.
Cut it into slices.
Throw the slices into a mixer.
After that, pour the glass of milk into the mixer.
Add a little sugar (one teaspoonful is enough).
Then, mix everything.
 
Your banana milkshake is ready ! Pour it into a glass and drink it !!
 
 
TOFFEE APPLES

(for 12 persons)

 
Ingredients :
  •         A dozen of apples (12)
  •         Some sticks (12)
  •         200g of sugar
  •         250g of butter
 
Instructions :
1.         Put the sugar and the butter in the pan.
2.         Heat and stir slowly until the mixture is liquid and brown;
3.         Put a stick in each apple and dip in the mixture.
4.         Leave on a tray until the toffee is solid.

BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

(make 12 muffins)

 
Ingredients :
  • 425g of flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200g of sugar
  • 100g of melted butter
  • ¼ litre of milk
  • 200g of blueberries
 
Instructions :
1.         Preheat the oven at 6 (210°).
2.       Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
3.       Add the blueberries at the last minute.s
4.       Put the mixture into muffin tins, ¾ full.
5.       Put in the oven for 25 minutes.       

 

 

 

BROWNIES

  Ingredients :

  • 250g of melted butter
  • 120g of cooking chocolate
  • 300g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 175g of flour
  • 100g of chopped nuts
  Instructions :
  1. First, preheat your oven to 5 (125°).
  2. Butter a recangular pan (30 X 25 cm).
  3. Melt the butter and the cooking chocolate together in a pan on the fire.
  4. Off the fire, add the sugar and mix well wih a wooden spoon.
  5. Then add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each egg.
  6. Then, pour in the flour and the chopped nuts.
  7. Pour the mixture into the rectangular pan, and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Let it cool .....then taste it ! Isn’t it delicious ?
